Best Practices
- Use daily for 5 to 10 minutes
- You can either stand or sit with your feet barefoot on the mat to stimulate different pressure points
- Try placing the mat under your feet while working at your desk or while relaxing on the couch
- Start with short sessions and gradually increase the time as you get used to it. Make sure to use the mat on a flat, stable surface.
